Refund Policy

1.1 Cooling Off Period

Your registration to the event shall be voided if you advise us, in writing, within five (5) working days of signing up, that you no longer wish to receive our training services by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a written cancellation notice to us (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice"). We will then refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us under this Agreement within thirty (30) business days from the date we have received such Cancellation Notice.

1.2 Cancellation

YogaCoach reserves all rights to cancel the training services for any reason whatsoever by written notice to you. You hereby agree that in the event the training services are canceled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment which you have paid to us free of any interest and that you shall not be entitled to claim against us for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages, or liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancellation. You further agree that we shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.

1.3 Refunds

By signing up, you acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with Clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 1.4 hereof.

You further acknowledge that any request for cancellation of the training services after the Cooling Off period as mentioned in Clause 1.1 above shall be subject to the sole discretion and approval of YogaCoach. Should YogaCoach agree to the cancellation, you shall be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the training fee for the training services that you registered for. Cancellations shall only be allowed for up to 30 days before the training.

1.4 Transferring of Tickets

In the event you are unable to attend the event that you have booked and paid for, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee, subject to written notification to us that includes the full contact details of the new attendee that you have nominated. This written notification shall be submitted to us at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date. An administration fee of USD50 shall apply.

Should you wish to transfer and attend a different run of the training instead of the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to give written notice at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date, subject to approval by YogaCoach.

1.5 Withdrawal

If a student withdraws from the course, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student withdraws before 2 months (8 weeks) of the course or retreat start date, they will be refunded the full amount minus the $500 deposit.

If a student withdraws 6 weeks or less before the course or retreat start date, they forfeit the entire payment. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason.

1.6 Event Cancellation

YogaCoach reserves the right to cancel any event (online training/yoga retreats/yoga teacher training). In such cases, a full refund of all monies will be returned to the client.

1.7 Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that students purchase Travel Insurance to cover any situation that may arise, such as illness, change of ticket dates, family emergency, etc. YogaCoach is not liable for students' failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage.

1.8 Attendance

95% attendance is required at each Yoga Teacher Training Course. In case of sickness or other circumstances, YogaCoach will work with the student to ensure they can attain their certificate and transfer the money paid for the course to another course if necessary.

1.9 Online Courses

30-day money-back guarantee requires 85% attendance for all LIVE sessions and community participation.

-Course attendance and participation will be assessed daily.

-There is a 7-day cooling-off period for the money-back guarantee.

-Payment plans will be canceled within the cooling-off period.

-Administration fees of US$50 apply to all refunds.
